Sunrise Cabin: (sleeps 4) with a total of 1,250 sq. ft. with central a/c & heat and the master suite has a king sized bed, bathroom with jacuzzi tub and shower, lighted ceiling fan, closets, alarm clock radio, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, 2 separate closets, and cabinet with drawers and 33″ satellite TV. The 2nd bedroom has a queen sized bed, bathroom with jacuzzi tub and showers, lighted ceiling fan, 19″satellite TV with DVD player and closet. 52″ HD TV in the living room, remote controlled fireplace (2 separate switches, 1 for fire and 1 for flame), leather sofa with a queen sleeper, leather loveseat with recliners. Full eat-in kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, double sink with garbage disposal, toaster and coffee maker (coffee, creamer & sugar provided). Enjoy the outdoors on the expanded deck with the round table and (4) chairs, (2) extra side chairs, (2) benches with small table. We have also expanded the deck for the charcoal bar-b-q grille/smoker to the middle of the deck. (We do not provide charcoal so please bring your own. ) Fire pit is in the front yard. You have access to swimming pool and hot tub (weather permitting) that is at the side of the large log cabin on it’s own private deck. (No breakfast with rental since there is a full eat-in kitchen). Come and enjoy our luxurious cabin in the mountains. If you enjoy hiking there are 8 acres of sloping trails on our property behind us in the mountains. If you want to feel like you’re living in the country; but just 5 to 10 minutes away from the Lake Hamilton & DeGray Lake, the mall, many well known restaurants with great food, and other activities in the surrounding area you will want to stay here.

NO BREAKFAST IS PROVIDED IN CABINS OR COTTAGES AS THERE IS A FULL KITCHEN.

RESTRICTIONS: NO SMOKING inside any Suites or Cabin. If you smoke, there are designated areas outside with ash trays so please do not throw your cigarette butts all over the yard.

No pets allowed; however, there is a cocker spaniel on the premises.

One night deposit at time of reservation and balance paid upon arrival.

2 Night minimum. Rates are per night for double occupancy. Sales tax is not included in above rates. Cancellation Policy: All reservations must be cancelled prior to 7 days of reservation in order to receive a full refund less a processing fee of $25.00. No shows are charged the full amount of the reservation. If want to change your reservation dates, we can only accept one time reschedule prior to 7 days of your stay, no reschedules if less than 7 days. Rates are subject to change without notice.
