Our Timberland Cottage ( Sleeps up to 8 ) has three (3) bedrooms and two (2) bathrooms with a total of 1,006 sq. ft. The master suite has a king sized bed with a large bathroom that has a jacuzzi tub and shower, chest with drawers, ceiling fan, alarm clock and satellite TV. The other two (2) bedrooms have queen sized beds, ceiling fans. The second bathroom has a shower. Enjoy a meal in the full eat-in kitchen & dining table, refrigerator, microwave, stove, dishwasher and coffee maker. The living room has a leather recliner sofa, recliner, rocking chair and sofa that folds down into a queen sized bed, end table with lamp and satellite TV. Enjoy a large deck in front with a charcoal bar-b-que grille/smoker (bring your own charcoal/wood chips), table & chairs & bench. Also, there is a large deck in the back. The cottage is only 150 feet from the main house and you have full access to the swimming pool & hot tub (weather permitting).

It feels like you’re living in the country; but you’re just 5 to 10 minutes South of Lake Hamilton, the mall, many well known restaurants with great food, and other activities in the surrounding area you will want to stay here. Also, Lake DeGray is approximately 10 minutes South.

A full breakfast is cooked in front of you during your stay in the Bungalow Suite, The Grand Suite & Guest Suite only. NO BREAKFAST IS PROVIDED IN THE CABINS OR COTTAGE SINCE THERE IS A KITCHEN.
RESTRICTIONS: NO SMOKING inside any Suites or Cabin. Children welcomed.
No pets allowed; however, there is a cocker spaniel on the premises.
One night deposit at time of reservation and balance paid upon arrival.

2 Night minimum. Rates are for double occupancy. $15.00 per person per night for more than two people. Sales tax is not included in above rates. Cancellation Policy: All reservations must be cancelled prior to 7 days of reservation in order to receive a full refund less a processing fee of $25.00. We are a small business and cannot accept cancellations less then 7 days prior to your stay because we have turned down requests to honor your reservation. We understand that emergencies do happen, so if you do cancel less then 7 days prior to your stay we will do whatever we can to rebook the room. If we are ble to rebook the room, we will refund your deposit, less a processing fee of $25.00. If we cannot rebook the room, you will be charged the full amount of your reservation. No shows are charged the full amount of the reservation. Rates are subject to change without notice.
