Our Timberland Cottage ( Sleeps up to 6 ) has three (3) bedrooms and two (2) bathrooms with a total of 1,006 sq. ft. with central a/c & heat.  The master suite has a king sized bed with a large cabinet closet with drawers, lighted ceiling fan and 46″ flat screen plasma satellite TV; together with a large bathroom that has a jacuzzi tub and shower, large vanity, mirror & medium sized wall storage cabinet. The other two (2) bedrooms have queen sized beds with 19″ HD satellite TV, and lighted ceiling fan in each room. The second bathroom has a shower. Enjoy a meal in the full eat-in kitchen & large dining table, refrigerator, microwave, stove, dishwasher, double sink, toaster and coffee maker (coffee, creamer & sugar provided). The living room has a leather sofa, leather recliner, leather chair, rocking chair, end table with lamp and 57″ satellite TV. Enjoy a large expanded deck in front with table & chairs, a charcoal bar-b-que grille/smoker (bring your own charcoal/wood chips), table & chairs & bench.  There is also a large deck in the back and a fire pit.  The cottage is only 150 feet from the main house and you have full access to the swimming pool & hot tub (weather permitting).

SPECIAL for 2 people – 1 bedroom & 1 bathroom with jacuzzi, kitchen & living room (other bedrooms & bathroom are closed off).

Come join us and enjoy this wonderful cottage in the mountains. If you enjoy hiking there are 8 acres of sloping trails on our property behind us in the mountains. If you want to feel like you’re living in the country; but just 5 to 10 minutes away from the Lake Hamilton, the mall, many well known restaurants with great food, and other activities in the surrounding area you will want to stay here.

Check In: 3:00 PM, but no later than 6:00 PM unless previous arrangements are made.

NO BREAKFAST IS PROVIDED IN THE CABINS OR COTTAGE SINCE THERE IS A KITCHEN.
RESTRICTIONS: NO SMOKING inside any Suites or Cabin. If you smoke, there are designated areas outside with ash trays so please do not throw your cigarette butts all over the yard.

NO PETS ALLOWED; however, there is a cocker spaniel on the premises.
One night deposit at time of reservation and balance paid upon arrival.

2 Night minimum. Rates are per night for double occupancy. Sales tax is not included in above rates. Cancellation Policy: All reservations must be cancelled prior to 7 days of reservation in order to receive a full refund less a processing fee of $25.00. No shows are charged the full amount of the reservation. If want to change your reservation dates, we can only accept one time reschedule prior to 7 days of your stay, no reschedules if less than 7 days. Rates are subject to change without notice.
