Sunset Grand Cabin

(Sleeps 8 to 10 people).

We have upgraded the 1st floor in the main house. You can either reserve the Bungalow Suite or the Grand Suite or the whole downstairs which is the Sunset Grand Cabin with a total of 1,623 sq. ft.  This beautiful cabin is secluded and completely separate (main entrance is in the back through the french doors.)  This cabin has 4 bedrooms; 2 bedrooms have king sized beds and 2 bedrooms have queen sized beds, 2 bathrooms (jacuzzi & shower in each), an eat in kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, dishwasher and sink, living area with daybed that makes into a king sized bed, and large TV on satellite.

BREAKFAST IS NOT PROVIDED IN THE CABINS OR COTTAGES AS THERE IS A FULL EAT-IN KITCHEN.

We also provide dishes, glasses, silverware, pot, pans, knives, cooking utensils and serving bowls.

You have access to the 4′ deep. 24′ round, above ground pool (with large surround deck for lounging & sun bathing) & hot tub (weather permitting).

A massage theropist is available and can be reserved.   Reservations must be made prior to checking in and rates begin at $70.00 per person.

THIS IS A NON-SMOKING ESTABLISHMENT.
We do provide an area outside if you wish to smoke.
NO PETS ALLOWED.

CHECK OUT: By 11:00 AM

CANCELLATION POLICY: All reservations must be cancelled prior to 7 days of reservation in order to receive a full refund, less a processing fee of $25.00. We are a small business and cannot accept cancellation after 7 days because we have turned down requests to honor your reservation. We understand emergencies do happen, so if you do cancel after the 7 days we will do whatever we can to rebook the room. If we are able to rebook the room, we will refund your deposit, less a processing fee of $25.00. If we cannot rebook the room, you will be charged the full amount of your reservation. No shows are charged the full amount of the reservation.   For holidays reservations can be cancelled for a full refund (except for a $25.00 processing fee) up to 14 days prior to your stay.

RATE: Starting at $189.00 – 299.00 per night. Rates are for double occupancy, there is a $15.00 for each additional person per night.
