Rustic Cabin: (sleeps 2) with a total of 800 sq. ft. central a/c & heat and has a king sized bed, bathroom with double jacuzzi tub & separate jetted shower, remote controlled lighted ceiling fans, 34″ satellite TV in bedroom and 48″ HD TV in the living room, clock radio with alarm, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, electric fireplace, full eat-in kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker (coffee, creamer & sugar provided), double sink with garbage disposal. Outside we have a charcoal bar-b-q grille/smoker (bring your own charcoal), table & chairs, fire pit, and access to swimming pool and hot tub (weather permitting). Come and enjoy our luxurious cabin in the mountains. If you enjoy hiking there are 8 acres of sloping trails on our property behind us in the mountains. If you want to feel like you’re living in the country; but just 5 to 10 minutes away from the Lake Hamilton & DeGray Lake, the mall, many well known restaurants with great food, and other activities in the surrounding area you will want to stay here.

NO BREAKFAST IS SERVED SINCE THERE IS A FULL EAT-IN KITCHEN.

RESTRICTIONS: NO SMOKING inside any Suites, Cabins or Cottages. If you do smoke, there are designated areas outside with ash trays so please do not throw your cigarette butts all over the yard.

No pets allowed; however, there is a cocker spaniel on the premises.

One night deposit at time of reservation and balance paid upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy: All reservations must be cancelled prior to 7 days of reservation in order to receive a full refund less a processing fee of $25.00. No shows are charged the full amount of the reservation. If want to change your reservation dates, we can only accept one time reschedule prior to 7 days of your stay, no reschedules if less than 7 days. Rates are subject to change without notice.
